This wine is 100% Gamay from the Cru of Fleurie in Beaujolais. Made in the ‘vin naturel’ style, this is a light red made with as little human influence as possible. Fresh, earthy and loaded with your typical Fleurie notes of violets and red fruit this wine is a stunning replacement for your favorite red Burgundy. Pair with beef tenderloin or salmon.
