A fruity, non-alcoholic sparkling Riesling made from respected Riesling producer, Leitz. These are the best non-alcoholic wines we have ever tried and given the technology used to remove the alcohol, this makes sense. Josi Leitz is using a vacuum distillation system that allows the alcohol to be removed at a lower temperature which preserves the freshness of the wine. You can taste the difference.
