Wise Owl Whiskey (WOW) is triple distilled and finished in a range of casks to bring the final blend together. It has a smooth deep taste with no artificial colour or caramel added. Our whiskey is finished in Imperial Stout cask with a wee drop of peated malt to give it a distinguishable smokiness.
